At least 263 recruits had assembled at Jaish-e-Muhammed’s terror camp in Balakot just five days before the IAF strike on February 26, evidence accessed by Times Now has revealed. At the time of the attack, the agencies were tracking the mobile signals of all the trainers and recruits present at the location. The signals disappeared without a trace following IAF's strikes.
