Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday refuted the audio tapes produced by the Congress as an attempt to 'fabricate facts'. He was responding to Congress allegations that an audio tape contains conversation in which Goa minister Vishwajit Rane is purportedly seen claiming that the Goa CM has Rafale defence deal file "lying in his bedroom."
