"A unanimous decision has been taken that there will be no alliance in Delhi," Dikshit told reporters after a meeting of Congress leaders with party president Rahul Gandhi. Earlier, the AAP had on Saturday declared its candidates for Lok Sabha six seats in Delhi and accused the grand old party of turning down its proposal for a tie-up.
