Congress has ruled out alliance with TDP in AP and will contest the assembly and LS polls alone. AP has 175 assembly seats and 25 LS seats. The decision came after the executive meeting of state Congress on Wednesday. The Congress was in a dilemma over joining hands with TDP in AP after the debacle in Telangana.
