PM Modi said that the voters will have to decide if they are going to vote on the issue of development or people who question his religious identity. The Prime Minister was apparently responding to Congress president's earlier remark where he had asked what kind of Hindu he (PM Modi) is that he doesn't understand the foundations of Hinduism.
