Three cases namely Avenfield properties case, Flagship Investment case and Al-Azizia steel mills case were launched in Sept 2017 by the national accountability bureau. On Monday, Paki's anti-corruption court sentenced ousted PM Nawaz Sharif to seven years in jail in the Al-Azizia case while acquitting him in the Flagship Investments corruption case.
