The International Cricket Council's (ICC) Dispute Panel on Tuesday dismissed the Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) claim against the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) seeking compensation for no bilateral cricket between the two countries and had blamed its Indian counterpart for the same.
