While the on-going #MeToo movement has resulted in women speak about the prevalence of sexual harassment in the workplace, the social media is yet to catch up on cases that take place at homes where victims are domestic helpers. Even though the law provides for complaints committees at the district level in the unorganised sector, domestic workers hardly know of this provision.
