Even as a proposal by the Indian Air Force Training Command to form a separate cadre for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones) hangs fire at Air Headquarters, defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that creating another silo is not the way forward and a unified drone force is being discussed.
